Craig Evans

Founder & CEO

Craig Evans, the owner of Douglas Brooke Homes, is a licensed Building Contractor in the State of Florida with nearly 30 years of construction experience including: Residential, Commercial and Municipal. A third generation builder, he has worked front line activities through management as a subcontractor, laborer, foreman, superintendent, project manager, midlevel manager, and executive management, truly learning the business from the ground up. Craig has successfully grown multiple companies into quality brands by focusing on adding value to every facet of the project and not letting details go unnoticed.

Heather Erickson

Sales Director

Heather Erickson was added to the Douglas Brooke Homes team to focus exclusively on investor relations. She takes great care in preparation of detailed information to guide each investor through the new build process from lot selection, contracts, closing, and finally transition to their new property manager. Heather is very passionate about the needs and goals of each investor and understands that entering the SW Florida market can be stressful. By focusing on providing details and coordinating closely with all members of the team, Heather endeavors to make it a seamless, easy process and to generate the desired results and best possible value. Prior to coming to Douglas Brooke Homes, Heather was a small business owner for 15 years. She is a Florida licensed Realtor.

Bre Burchfield

Bre Burchfield

Senior Vice President of Operations

Rounding out our key administrative staff is Bre Burchfield. With a background in legal office management and retail management her skill set might not immediately appear to translate to the construction industry, but her ability to see through issues, bring a fresh perspective to the day-to-day administration, desire to learn and expand her skill set, Bre has become second to none in our office. Bre is currently responsible for managing permit phases, software implementation, scheduling and general office support. Her role will continue to expand as Douglas Brooke Homes moves into additional markets to ensure the workflow moves at the required pace without sacrificing organization and attention to detail.
